| How to claim | Register in the state's online portal during a window. Winners are picked at random and emailed the evening the window closes. Selected people have one week to upload proof of address and income, then 60 calendar days to redeem the rebate at a participating retailer. Rebates are point-of-sale and not retroactive, so do not buy first. |
| Stacking with other programs | Can be combined with the $225 Colorado e-bike tax-credit discount if the retailer takes part in both. Cannot be combined with a local program such as Denver's on the same e-bike. |
| Watch out for | Random selection, so registering is not a guarantee. Purchase must be from a participating retailer. |
